To login to WebAccess or Blackboard, you will need a username and a password.  These items are provided to you during orientation or on your first day at Villa Julie College.

* If you have not picked up your computer login information, please stop by Tech Connections (AC 302) with your Student or Photo ID for assistance.  To protect privacy we cannot give-out or reset usernames or passwords over the phone, please do not ask.

Login Card:

If you have picked up your login information, your login information should somewhat resemble these following examples. The first example is the current format.

Username:

To login, you will need to enter a username first.  This username can be found on your computer login card.  For logging in, all that is needed is the account name.  The account name is the first part of the username listed on your login card with no punctuation.  For example:

Username:  stest

Username:  s-test

*Notice that the username has no punctuation in front of it or after it.  Nor does it include any information past the second period.  On the login screen for WebAccess or Blackboard, this user would type in stest or s-test in the Username field.

Password:

Unless you have changed the password for GroupWise, your password for accessing email is the same password listed on your computer login card.  Your Blackboard password will be the same password listed on your computer login card as well. For example:

Password:  100236

This user would type in 100236 in the Password field.
